• Instant AI-driven domain value estimates using machine learning algorithms
• Comprehensive domain scoring (brandability, keyword quality, extension value)
• SEO metrics analysis and traffic potential assessment
• Domain age and registration data analysis
• Evaluation history tracking and portfolio management
• Local evaluation mode for offline analysis
• Referral program with bonus credits

Our valuations are AI-generated estimates based on machine learning models trained on market data. These estimates should be used as guidance only and do not constitute financial advice. Actual domain sale prices may vary significantly based on market conditions, buyer preferences, and negotiation factors.

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if no credits have been used
• Partial refunds are not available for partially used subscription credits
• Service errors or technical issues that prevent delivery may qualify for credit restoration
• Refund requests must be submitted through our support page or email

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or that violate our Terms of Service. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free credit system
• Share account credentials or transfer credits between accounts

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to:

• Software, codebase, and technical infrastructure
• Website design, graphics, user interface, and user experience
• Dometrik name, logo, and brand elements
• Training data, aggregated analytics, and derived insights
• Documentation, guides, and educational materials

are owned by Dometrik or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

When you submit domain names or other content to our Services:

• You retain ownership of any domain names you own
• You grant us a license to process your submissions for service delivery
• We may use anonymized, aggregated evaluation data to improve our AI models
• Your evaluation history is stored securely in your account
• You represent that you have the right to submit domain names for evaluation
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted information

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated valuations
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties regarding results obtained from using our Services
• Warranties that valuations reflect actual market prices

Domain valuations are AI-generated estimates based on machine learning analysis of available data. We do not guarantee that any domain will sell for our estimated value. Market conditions, buyer preferences, and negotiation skills significantly impact actual sale prices. Always conduct your own due diligence before making purchasing or selling decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMETRIK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on our AI valuations or recommendations
• Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
• Any claims arising from third-party actions, services, or market conditions
• Failed domain sales or purchases based on our valuations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dometrik and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Services or reliance on our valuations
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Domain transactions you conduct based on our analysis
• Any misrepresentation or fraudulent activity by you

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined below.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at support@dometrik.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution. For claims under $10,000, you agree to binding arbitration. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are not permitted under these Terms.

Additional provisions governing these Terms:

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dometrik
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, other provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely
• Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
